Looking great isn?t about slathering on make-up as a mask, it?s about having naturally beautiful skin to create the perfect base should you choose to enhance your looks with make-up. So how can you achieve healthy, happy skin? Here are our top tips:

? Take an inside-out approach; great skin starts from within so keep hydrated by drinking plenty of water (around 2 litres a day) and get into healthy eating habits. A person?s diet is reflected in their skin ? someone who consumes a lot of processed food and sugary drinks will have a dull, dry and irritated complexion, while someone who eats freshly prepared food and drinks lots of water will reap the rewards with smooth, radiant and clear skin.

? Get into good skincare habits ? cleanse and moisturise twice a day, every day without fail and treat your skin once a week to an exfoliator and face mask.
